1993/1994 Pleadings re: Phelps Dodge Protective Order

Below is Greg’s list. The pleadings that we do not have are in bold red.
The rest are all available in a shared OneDrive folder, including “clean”
versions of the ones previously sent. Please disregard the previous list
because I just now had a chance to go through what was sent to me and there
are corrections. The shared folder URL is:

We might have the missing pleadings/orders somewhere, but it will take time
to attempt to find them. For now, I have Amanda doing other things but can
enlist her help when she’s in tomorrow afternoon. Alternatively, tonight, I
can dig around in your file storage room tonight to see if we have them. If
I remember right, we used to have notebooks with all the orders.

Notes.

1. The August 20, 1993 minute entry order is an important one that I
will try to find in the paper files if you direct me to do so.
2. The last entry, the 2/3/94 minute entry, also seems important enough
to try to find.
